Role Overview:

As a Demand Generation Specialist at Clearstory, you will manage and execute demand generation strategies to support lead acquisition and pipeline growth. This role requires extensive experience in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising, alongside a deep understanding of B2B marketing in a SaaS environment. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and refining campaigns that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy and Management: Design, launch, and optimize demand generation campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook to drive lead generation.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, including ROI, lead quality, and conversion metrics. Use insights to inform strategy adjustments and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborative Content Development: Partner with content and design teams to create ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Execute A/B tests on creatives, targeting options, and landing pages to continually optimize campaigns.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience targeting strategies based on buyer personas and industry trends to ensure campaigns reach the most relevant leads.
  • Budget Allocation and Management: Efficiently manage budget allocations across campaigns, balancing spending to achieve optimal ROI.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in demand generation, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • PPC and Social Expertise: Proven track record in managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook campaigns with successful results.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with expertise in campaign tracking, reporting, and data interpretation.
  • CRM & Marketing Automation: Proficiency in HubSpot for lead management, automation, and reporting.
  • B2B SaaS Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the B2B SaaS buyer journey and ability to align campaigns with various funnel stages.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present campaign insights and results to stakeholders at all levels.
