• Digital Asset Creation: Design and develop high-quality digital assets, including website layouts, social media graphics, email templates, banners, and more.
  
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all digital designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across various digital platforms.
  
• Collaborative Design: Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  
• User Experience (UX): Apply UX principles to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
  
• Responsive Design: Design digital assets optimized for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
  
• Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  
• Design Tools: Utilize industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow, Figma, etc.) to create and refine digital designs.
  
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our digital presence remains current and innovative.
  
• Feedback Integration: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine designs and meet project goals.
  

Requirements

Cut from the Right Cloth? Essential Qualities for Those Ready to Make an Impact

• Experience: 3-4 years of professional experience as a digital designer or in a similar role.
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and web development tools.
  
• UX/UI Knowledge: Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for creating user-centered designs.
  
• Creativity: Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.
  
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
  
• Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic web design implementation.
  
• Experience working in an agile environment.
