Salary Range (after placement): 

₱14,000–₱20,000/month (depending on position and experience)

About the Opportunity

Your Simply Recycling (YSR) is currently screening and preparing potential candidates for job placement opportunities with MR.D.I.Y, one of the largest retail and home improvement chains in the Philippines.

Through the MR.D.I.Y Workforce Preparation Program, applicants will receive access to the MR.D.I.Y Blueprint eBook, a guide designed to help you understand MR.D.I.Y’s corporate values, store operations, merchandising practices, and customer service standards.

Completing this short program ensures that you are well-prepared and prioritized for job referrals to MR.D.I.Y hiring partners.

Responsibilities (After Placement)

Assist customers with product inquiries and selection

Maintain organized, fully stocked shelves

Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions

Follow MR.D.I.Y operational and safety standards

Support store opening, closing, and daily activities

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old

High school or college graduate

Strong communication and customer service skills

Willing to complete the MR.D.I.Y Preparation eBook Program

Prior retail or cashier experience is an advantage

 Screening Type: Online (conducted by YSR Team)

Placement: Qualified participants will be recommended to MR.D.I.Y HR partners nationwide
