Responsibilities:



  • Order
    Coordination: Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and
    completeness of information.

  • Dispatching:
    Allocate orders to delivery drivers or service personnel based on their
    availability, workload, and proximity to the delivery location.

  • Communication:
    Maintain clear and effective communication channels with delivery drivers,
    service personnel, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth order execution.

  • Prioritization:
    Assess order urgency and prioritize dispatch based on delivery timeframes
    and customer preferences.

  • Quality
    Control: Verify the accuracy and completeness of each order before
    dispatch, ensuring that all requested items are included.

  • Timely
    Execution: Monitor delivery progress and provide necessary updates to
    customers, ensuring prompt delivery of orders.

  • Problem
    Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to food
    orders, coordinating with appropriate personnel to find suitable
    solutions.

  • Record-Keeping:
    Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders, delivery status, and
    customer interactions for future reference and analysis.

  • Compliance:
    Adhere to food safety regulations, company policies, and procedures to
    ensure compliance and maintain a high standard of service.

  • Continuous
    Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in order
    dispatching processes and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and
    customer satisfaction.


Requirements:



  • Experience:
    Prior experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a fast food or
    restaurant setting, is highly desirable.

  • Organization
    Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
    effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication
    Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with
    a diverse range of individuals, including delivery drivers, kitchen staff,
    and customers.

  • Problem-Solving:
    Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure to
    resolve any order-related issues or challenges.

  • Attention
    to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate order dispatching
    and minimize errors.

  • Time
    Management: Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks, handle
    multiple orders simultaneously, and meet delivery deadlines.

  • Technology
    Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with order management
    systems or software for efficient order coordination and tracking.

    Service: Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle
    customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and
    courteous manner.
