Responsibilities:
- Order

Allocate orders to delivery drivers or service personnel based on their
availability, workload, and proximity to the delivery location.
- Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication channels with delivery drivers,
service personnel, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth order execution.
- Prioritization:
Assess order urgency and prioritize dispatch based on delivery timeframes
and customer preferences.
- Quality
Control: Verify the accuracy and completeness of each order before
dispatch, ensuring that all requested items are included.
- Timely
Execution: Monitor delivery progress and provide necessary updates to
customers, ensuring prompt delivery of orders.
- Problem
Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to food
orders, coordinating with appropriate personnel to find suitable
solutions.
- Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders, delivery status, and
customer interactions for future reference and analysis.
- Compliance:
Adhere to food safety regulations, company policies, and procedures to
ensure compliance and maintain a high standard of service.
- Continuous
Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in order
dispatching processes and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and
customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience:
Prior experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a fast food or
restaurant setting, is highly desirable.
