About the Role

As a Diversity Instructor, you will work with local preschools to help create a multicultural, English-based learning environment for children aged 0–5.

* Hours: 9:00–18:00 (may vary slightly depending on the preschool)

* Location: Preschools across various regions in Japan

* Salary: From JPY 230,000/month (including housing allowance)

* Support: Visa and housing assistance provided

Who We’re Looking For

* Someone who strongly resonates with Diversity Door’s mission

* Native English speaker

* Bachelor’s degree holder (degree in education preferred)

* Japanese language skills: JLPT N4 or above, or able to engage in simple daily conversations
If you haven’t taken the JLPT, you are still welcome to apply as long as you can handle basic daily conversations.If you have not taken the JLPT, you can still apply as long as you can communicate in daily conversations.

* Valid driver’s license in your home country (or ability to obtain one quickly)

* Interest in children, Japanese culture, and local communities

* Willingness to work in Japan for the long term
