• Manage product listings on various ecommerce platforms (eBay, Catch, Kogan) by creating, updating, and optimizing listings.
  
• Utilize Maropost (Neto) for managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring accurate data entry.
  
• Enhance product listings with high-quality images and compelling descriptions to boost visibility and sales.
  
• Conduct outbound sales activities, including prospecting and following up with potential customers, to drive revenue.
  
• Handle customer service inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers, promote products, and drive sales.
  
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies.
  
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve company goals.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an ecommerce environment.
  
• Hands-on experience with Maropost (Neto), eBay, Catch, and Kogan platforms.
  
• Strong proficiency in managing and optimizing product listings, including image handling.
  
• Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound sales and generate leads.
  
• Proficiency in email marketing tools and strategies.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
