We are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our Product and Operations team to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for both our users and brands.

About the Team
In this role, you will be responsible for making a significant impact on our team and driving category growth within the e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities

• Formulate the go-to-market strategy, seller/brand growth plans, and merchandising strategy for a specific cluster/category.
• Break down goals, formulate budget plans, and transform these goals into actionable plans.
• Monitor the merchant ecosystem; identify high-potential merchants and new product opportunities, while staying alert to potential risks.
• Implement and manage key merchant strategies.
• Lead the category team, ensuring that objectives and key results (OKRs) are met.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 5 years of experience in an e-commerce platform, consulting firm, or in roles related to internet strategy, industry or market research, and business analytics with e-commerce relevance.
• In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem, value propositions, and writing business proposals by identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
• Strong project delivery, commercial negotiation, and relationship management skills, along with deep analytical acumen.
• Team management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the e-commerce industry.
