Salary Range: Php 30,000 - 45,000

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Automation:
    • Management of the Netcore platform across 2 websites.
    • Set up customer journeys and marketing campaigns across various communication channels and touch points.
    • Oversee the creation, approval, and implementation of website, marketing and communication assets.
    • Work with both internal and external teams for creative and copy requirements.
    • Monitoring campaign performance metrics, analyzing results, and providing insights for optimization.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide insights for marketing automation optimization
    • Collaborate with team members to align efforts with overall objectives and client goals 
    • Provide assistance in managing CRM tools and databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
       
  • E-Commerce
    • Help develop and implement effective strategies to generate E-Commerce sales, including but not limited to identifying target audiences, conducting market research, creating campaigns, and providing an excellent customer experience.
    • Leverage insights from Netcore’s customer and behavioral analytics to assist in optimizing customer journey’s and product listings that will be published on e-Commerce stores
    • Help set standards, systems, and best practices for marketing, content creation, and website maintenance.
       
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Stay informed about market developments and opportunities within the digital, e-commerce, creative, technology, marketing, and telecommunication industries.
    • Keep abreast of digital marketing techniques and trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
    • Share industry knowledge openly and regularly with the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.
 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Marketing Automation:
    • Growth in key customer, engagement and revenue metrics 
    • Improvement in brand sentiment and awareness
    • Successful execution of marketing campaigns, measured by campaign reach, engagement, and conversions
       

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Experience with Netcore or a similar Marketing Automation platform
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce with a desire to learn and grow in each area.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite products.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional results and contributing to client success.
  • Prior internship or relevant work experience in digital marketing is a plus but not required.
  • Can report to the PLDT Makati Office 3 times a week.
