Lead and manage cross-functional and external alignments needed for each event to ensure smooth flow during event day.
Manage walk-in and online inquiries (Facebook Page & BRG email add, calls and bridal fair). Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
Conduct ocular when thereβs a client inquiry.
Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media channels
Work within current business strategies and recognizing potential opportunities
Cooperate with other departments in Bella Rosa Gardens to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs
Attend Sales Event as required
Any other related task assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelorβs degree (or equivalent) in event management or related discipline
1-3 years experience in the Sales industry or related professional area
Proficient in using MS Office applications particularly on Excel and PowerPoint
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives
