• Work with investment banking clients on event and call bookings via email, website, and phone, acting as the main point of contact for call organizers and involved parties.
  
• Professionally operate audio and web conferences, make announcements during calls, introduce speakers, and manage Q&A sessions.
  
• Manage your diary and ensure a thorough understanding of customer requirements.
  
• Build valuable relationships with customers and make a positive impact.
  

Requirements

Skills to Shine in Tech Event Management

• Preferably a college graduate with at least 2 years of customer service or similar experience (open to college undergraduates with at least 3 years of experience).
  
• Fluent in English to effectively communicate internally and with clients.
  
• Experience in the conference and event industry is not required; full training will be provided.
  
• Ability, personality, and drive to deliver proactive and excellent customer service.
  
• Confidence and professionalism in communication, with adaptability in fast-changing environments.
