As the Executive Assistant, your role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities, including:
- Strategic Point of Contact:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, managing communication with employees, clients, and external partners.
- Facilitate effective information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Calendar, Scheduling, and Administrative Duties:
- Efficiently manage the calendar, scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Handle administrative duties to streamline operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the executive team.
- Communication and Documentation:
- Format information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Take accurate minutes during meetings, ensuring key decisions and action items are documented.
RequirementsRequirements and Qualifications:
- More than 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant for a CEO of a large ($10-$100 million) Ecommerce company
- Proficient in using CRM tools (Slack, Canva and Google Suite)
- Has Administrative/Clerical/Project management experience
- Multitasker and extremely detail oriented a must!
- Good to Excellent Communications skill in both written and verbal
