As we expand our services and enhance the user experience, we seek a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at managing multiple priorities while maintaining the utmost discretion. In this role, you will be the right hand to our executive team, ensuring their days run smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing;

  • Acts as liaison between executives and other department heads and managers.
  • Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming emails and phone calls, responding to routine inquiries and directing complex matters to the executive.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, gather necessary materials, and take detailed notes during meetings.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, receipts for the executive and team.
  • Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively provide solutions.
  • Attends to whatever the company owners’ household needs, runs errands and manage household tasks
  • Perform other administrative tasks and personal assistance as needed.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Has relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and other scheduling tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
