Position Title: Executive Assistant
Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor
Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Schedule: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT
Responsibilities:
Handle payroll and human resources tasks
Provide executive support, including calendar management, reminders, email handling, task prioritization, and general administrative duties
Communicate effectively with advisors, clients, and partners via email and phone
Manage inbound calls, data entry, and document update
Oversee multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion
Anticipate issues and provide swift, effective solutions
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while staying proactive
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in a BPO or remote assistant role
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Strong written and English communication skills
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Detail-oriented with minimal errors
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new tools
Able to work independently and within a team
Driven, efficient, and able to complete tasks with speed and precision
