Job Title: Executive Assistant
Working Schedule: Overlapping US hours
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor

About the Role:
As a right-hand person to our executive team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their success. You'll provide comprehensive administrative, logistical, and communication support, freeing them to focus on strategic initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee email and phone communication, screening inquiries, prioritizing messages, and composing responses as needed.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to style guides.
  • Organize and manage logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Anticipate and proactively address the executive's needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, project management and calendar management software.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Discreet and professional demeanor with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
