Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

The Executive Assistant will provide vital administrative and strategic support to the client, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves managing the Co-founder’s professional and personal schedules, coordinating events, and communicating with discretion. An eye for fashion and content creation is a plus.



Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate the co-founder’s schedule, prioritize engagements, and manage travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Act as the primary liaison, managing emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Event Coordination: Organize photoshoots, events, and fashion pullouts, ensuring all logistics are handled.
  • Brand Partnerships: Assist with meetings, prepare presentations, and manage follow-ups with brand partners.
  • Business Ventures: Assist the co-founder in her business ventures by keeping track of developments and activities.
  • Content Creation: Assist in organizing and managing content creation, coordinating with social media teams, and compiling reports.
  • Personal Support: Manage personal tasks and provide on-call support during travel.

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years as an Executive Assistant, ideally within the fashion, beauty, or entertainment industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional demeanor.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and content creation tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and work demands, including occasional travel and non-standard work hours.
  • Preferred background or familiarity with the fashion/beauty industry.
  • A polished personality with a pleasant demeanor and a clear, articulate accent.
  • Graduate from top schools

Job type: Permanent

Schedule:  Monday to Friday; 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Manila Time) (3 days on-site, 2 days’ work-from-home)
