Our client is an extremely fast growing organisation on a mission to deliver high touch, high quality care to millions of patients. They house consumer healthcare brands built off a core shared technology and services layer. The core thesis here is that demographic focused digital clinics can leverage a shared technology and services platform to provide a differentiated and comprehensive care experience for patients seeking care for a wide variety of conditions. 

The Executive Assistant (Leadership Support Specialist) will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. There isn’t a ‘one description fits all’ as the role is wonderfully varied based on our executive’s needs. In addition to the below day-to-day requirements, you'll take an active role in shaping the lives of the leaders you support by organising dinner parties, and their meal/nutrition, forging new friendships and business relationships of your own, developing new skills like web design, and producing podcasts or blog posts to just name a few things you can look forward to.

What you'll do:

    • Optimize your leader’s time and priorities to help them reach their ambitious goals
    • Take ownership and manage inboxes, calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and other company logistics
    • Research and develop plans for your leader’s personal and professional growth
    • Build rapport with your leader’s network and team and help to manage these important relationships
    • Drive internal and external communications, presentations, reports, and social media

Who you are:

    • You have at least three (3) years of full-time executive support work experience, with the exception of any purely freelance engagements lacking a set work schedule.
    • Preferably, you have experience with online/remote/virtual work, however not essential.
    • You have a working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides), Slack, Notion, and other productivity and project management tools/apps.
    • You are comfortable with various commonplace technologies and are able to adapt to new systems quickly.You have excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. You are an active listener and are able to interact with stakeholders in a concise and effective manner.
    • You are organised and take pride in the quality of your work. You can manage complex processes, follow guidelines, and ensure a high degree of accuracy in your outputs.
    • You are not fazed by complex problems and are able to offer creative solutions. You think critically and troubleshoot effectively, whether it's resolving technical or operational issues. You know when to ask questions to clarify expectations.
    • You embody trust and dependability. You know how to treat sensitive information with confidentiality on a daily basis.
    • You have a charismatic ‘can do’ attitude. You require minimal supervision and take ownership in your work. You are motivated by impact and driven by wanting to help others. You go the extra mile to make life easier for your assigned Leadership Team members.
    • **Learner’s Mindset:** You foster a strong desire to learn and develop. You can easily adapt in a fast paced environment and consider every new experience as an opportunity to learn. You strive for excellence and constantly improve your abilities.
    • You are willing to work full-time (40 hours/week) in a hybrid set up during either APAC or EU business hours: APAC Business Hours: 7:00AM 4:00PM Manila Time; EU Business Hours: 1:00PM 10:00PM Manila Time
    • You are located near or within Metro Manila, Philippines
    • You have a suitable work-from-home space (work desk, comfortable chair, proper lighting, quiet environment)You have stable internet connection at home: 30 Mbps minimum
