About the role:

You’ll support the CEO & Founder. You will have an opportunity to stretch your skills and take on a ton of autonomy, work in a fast-paced environment, and we can explore shaping the role to be the best fit. We are a fully remote and 100% women-owned and operated team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO’s inbox including help to draft and respond to emails 
  • Coordinate executive’s meetings, calls, and interviews
  • Create and manage detailed project plans/timelines and ensure on-schedule execution
  • Preemptively prepare CEO for upcoming commitments
  • Support on projects such as overseeing email newsletter distribution,or updating sales collateral, or managing applications for our community 
  • Research guests for podcast
  • Arrange business/personal travel and logistics
  • General administrative support
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting CEO OR supporting an executive with experience in managing a podcast and sales
  • Highly responsive with exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across multiple workstreams.
  • Tech savvy across tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools.
  • Proactive self-starter able to work autonomously
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Take ownership of your work and responsibility for your successes and failures.
  • Resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Value and actively promote diversity.
  • Has own remote work equipment including computer and reliable internet
  • Bonus: Experience with working for online courses or communities.
  • Bonus: Experience with social media or podcasts.
