  • Graveyard shift
  • Permanent Remote Set-Up/Permanent WFH
  • Salary Range: 30,000-40,000 pesos per month plus benefits and annual bonus eligibility + HMO Benefits
  • We follow PH Holidays and provide PTO leave credits after 90 days of employment (Probationary Period)


Seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant with real estate experience and advanced Excel skills to support senior executives and manage real estate projects. This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating real estate transactions, and managing Excel-based financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management and travel coordination
- Assist with real estate transactions, document preparation, and property management
- Create and manage Excel spreadsheets for financial tracking and reporting
-Communicate with real estate agents, clients, and stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for executives
- Maintain confidential records and manage office files

Qualifications:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, with real estate industry knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Experience:
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience, with real estate exposure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Requirements:
-Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
- Highly motivated and organized
- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High-quality noise-canceling headset
- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
