Role: Executive Assistant Senior Analyst


Company: Big 4 Auditing Firm


Office Location: Ortigas, Pasig City


Work Schedule: Night shift (8:30pm-5:30am)


Set-up: Hybrid set-up (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)


 


Role Summary:



As part of Business Services, the Workplace Solutions team delivers administrative support to employees while driving innovation and digital transformation. By fostering collaboration, automation, and global integration, Workplace Solutions enhances opportunities for team members, the organization, and clients. Working with the clients, professionals in this role engage in dynamic, cross-functional projects that emphasize quality and innovation, creating an environment for growth and continuous learning.

This position reports to the Manager of Concierge Services.

Qualification Requirements:


Educational Background:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Tourism Management, Administrative Support, or a related field.

Essential Requirements:


  • Minimum of 4 years of related work experience.

  • Proficient in digital tools, particularly MS Office (PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite (Slides, Docs).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a customer service mindset.

  • Proven interpersonal skills; able to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on rigorous analysis and solution-driven approaches.

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of activities.

Leadership and People Management:


  • Provide proactive leadership, fostering a culture of high performance and morale.

Preferred Experience / Skills:
This role works closely with the Leadership team and the US Workplace Solutions leadership, supporting the execution of operational priorities. The Senior Associate will manage multiple US stakeholders and oversee Workplace Solutions sub-functions. Ideal candidates will:


  • Have experience with reporting, budgeting, and performance metrics.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in developing Standard Operating Procedures and managing governance structures.

  • Be adept at risk management and proactive issue resolution.

  • Foster a high-performance culture and promote continuous improvement.

  • Have strong proficiency with Microsoft tools.

  • Participate in leadership meetings, contributing to strategic decision-making.
