About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable, and organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO and COO of a US-based tech startup with administrative and operational tasks. Your goal will be to take as many tasks off the CEO's and COO's plate as possible, helping them optimize/save time and support the growth of the business. You'll need to have exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to excel in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Operations: Facilitate internal processes, streamline workflows, and assist on strategic projects.
  • HR Support: Assist with onboarding, maintain HR records, and support company culture initiatives.
  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials for executive and investor communications.
  • Travel & Events: Arrange travel and plan events and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years in an executive assistant/operational/admin role supporting a C-suite executive 
  • Professional fluency in English with excellent written, reading, and speaking skills
  • Proficient in Slack and Google Workspace; experience with project management tools is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information and anticipate needs
  • Ability to work in US Pacific Time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
