Key Responsibilities:

Booking Calls:
- Schedule and manage calls with clients and internal teams.
- Ensure all appointments are confirmed and properly documented.

Following Up with Clients:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Address any client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Collecting Information:
- Gather necessary information from clients, sales teams, and personal assistants.
- Ensure all collected data is accurate and up-to-date.

Sales Tables Management:
- Organize and synchronize sales tables to ensure data consistency.
- Assist in the preparation and updating of sales reports and presentations.

Project Management:
- Utilize tools such as HubSpot and Airtable to manage and track project information.
- Ensure all project details are accurately recorded and accessible to relevant team members.
- Coordinate and oversee project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Strong project management skills and experience.
- Expertise in using HubSpot and other CRM/project management tools (e.g., Airtable).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
