Role Overview:
The Executive Virtual Assistant (EVA) will work closely with the executive team to provide top-tier administrative support, ensuring efficient time management, calendar scheduling, and prioritization of tasks. This role requires someone with impeccable communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks while adhering to strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments.
- Assist in prioritizing tasks and deadlines for the executive, ensuring time is efficiently allocated.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, filtering and responding to emails.
- Ensure all calendar conflicts and meeting requests are handled promptly.
- Provide reminders and follow-up on important tasks to the executive.
- Assist with document preparation, presentation creation, and light research tasks.
Requirements:
- Fluent and flawless English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Proven experience with calendar management, time prioritization, and executive coordination.
- Ability to work the Pacific Standard Time (PST) shift from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.
