Facilities Supervisor - Electrical (Saudi Arabia)

As a Facilities Supervisor - Electrical, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical maintenance and operations of facilities, ensuring their smooth and efficient functioning. You will lead a team of technicians and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in electrical maintenance and facilities management, possesses excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, and is familiar with electrical systems and equipment commonly used in facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the electrical maintenance and operations of facilities
• Assign duties to the electrical maintenance team and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team members
• Extensive knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and energy management
• Maintain and update maintenance records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related issues and implement improvements
• Perform regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of electrical supplies and equipment

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience in managing electrical systems in luxury properties
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and industry standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
• Experience with maintenance management software is a plus
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
