Key Responsibilities

Lead the finance function, including reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
Develop financial strategies to support business growth.
Present financial analysis to senior leadership.
Ensure regulatory and tax compliance in the Philippines.
Partner with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
Role Requirements
Minimum 5 years of finance experience in a relevant role.
ACA qualification (Associate Chartered Accountant).
Filipino citizenship required.
Must be currently based in Manila.
Remote (PH) setup for now, with flexibility for future hybrid working.
Demonstrated academic and professional excellence (provide evidence in application).
Highly proactive and structured approach to problem-solving and daily operations.
