FM Coordinator - Environment / Landscaping (Saudi Arabia)

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on environment and landscaping operations
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards
• Experience in managing landscaping projects and coordinating waste management processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in environmental management tools and software
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Certification in facilities management or environmental management is a plus
