Position: Lead Generation Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely information and reports to management.
- Research, track, maintain, and update the lead generation database to support business development.
- Make outgoing calls to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Contact prospects to qualify leads and gather necessary information.
- Achieve target Key Goal Indicators (KGI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with prospects.
- Experience using CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Requirements:
As this is a work-from-home position, please ensure the following:
- Must be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines.
- A dedicated, secluded workspace free from noise and distractions.
- An updated personal computer or laptop with a webcam and at least 20GB of free storage.
- A stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps, with a backup option (pocket WiFi or mobile data)
