Job Purpose
The Customer Service Representative (Proctoring Account) will be responsible for assisting and overseeing online exams done by students. Day to day tasks includes providing the means for verifying the identity of students at a distance before an assessment and the methods for ensuring that students taking the assessment are not cheating or getting unauthorized support.
Job Duties
- Must be able to multi-task handling different channels such as calls, chat and email
- General knowledge of Windows based applications
- Must have strong verbal communication skills
- Must be able to think quickly and solve customer concerns
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Must be detail-oriented and accurate
Qualifications
- Proficient in communicating in French Language
- 0-6 months experience in BPO
- Able to work at nightshift
- Can Start Asap
