Shift: Day shift, Mon - Fri; 7AM - 4PM

Work setup: Onsite, Makati/Alabang

Tasks That Redefine Real Estate Success:

  • Providing accurate and fast data entry when processing customer contracts
  • Developing cross-functional skills within the team, including contract validation, custom contracts, credit administration, and processing cancellations and renewals
  • Delivering exceptional customer service for both internal and external customers, whether in person, via email, or through instant messaging
  • Fostering great team morale by collaborating, acting with integrity and empathy, and respecting diversity within the team and broader business
  • Building strong and effective working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Adopting a business-wide perspective when solving issues and developing plans
  • Contributing to resolving intra-team and internal business challenges, meeting all SLA, KPI, and compliance requirements
  • Proactively identifying potential issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Providing advanced technical support, product knowledge, and account maintenance for customers
  • Generating accurate data entry reports on an ad hoc and monthly basis
  • Assisting Team Leads with projects, process improvements, and/or pricing/product or contract updates

Requirements
