Your Mission Will Be To:
Role Overview: This Executive Assistant role requires an experienced professional who can provide comprehensive support, managing a range of complex and fast-paced tasks for the client, covering both business and personal responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative and Personal Support: Oversee the client’s inbox, calendar, and scheduling for both business and personal matters, which includes planning exercise routines, biometrics tracking, meal planning, and coordinating essential shopping.

High-Paced Workflow Management: The EA should have a strong background in handling complex and disorganized workflows, including managing multiple inboxes across different companies.

Proactive Problem-Solving: Beyond simply following instructions, the EA is expected to anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and independently implement solutions, as the client values a high level of autonomy.

Time Zone and Cultural Fit: This role requires some overlap with U.S. Central/Eastern Time. Ideally, it would be staffed from outside the U.S. to balance cost efficiency with the high-level capabilities expected in U.S. roles.
