Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our client's team. This role encompasses a diverse range of tasks, requiring exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in bookkeeping and administrative tasks, and capable of adapting to evolving business needs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various functions within the company.

Responsibilities

1. Event Management:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and promoting live bar and pub quiz events
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, reservations, and participant communication.
- Provide support during events to ensure smooth execution.

2. Bookkeeping Support :
- Record financial transactions accurately into Quickbooks Online.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Assist in managing invoices, payments, and expenses.

3. Data Entry and Organization:
- Input data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, or other software.
- Organize and categorize data to ensure easy retrieval and analysis.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity by performing regular checks.

4. General Administrative Tasks:
- Manage emails, scheduling, and appointment setting.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documents.
- Handle phone inquiries and customer service tasks.
- Conduct online research as needed.

5. Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and partners professionally.
- Maintain effective communication channels to ensure smooth operations.

6. Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Provide ad-hoc support based on business needs.
- Adapt to new tasks and challenges as the business evolves.



Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper.
  • Strong proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and QBO
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task


Benefits
  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $800 - $1000 USD/month
