Job Title: General Virtual Assistant - Admin Assistant
- Part Time 20 to 30 Hours/Week
- Salary: $5/Hour
- Availability to work during EST business hours.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient General Virtual Assistant - Admin Assistant to join our team. As a General Virtual Assistant, you will provide crucial back-end and administrative support, contributing to the overall efficiency of our business operations. Your attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and ability to provide personalized and timely assistance to executives will be vital in this role. The successful candidate will be self-driven, possess excellent time management skills, and have the ability to work independently without constant guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive back-end support to the team, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Manage and maintain confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct research on various topics and compile relevant information for decision-making purposes.
- Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with executives and team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing company events, conferences, and workshops.
- Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role.
- Knowledge in Marketing, Sales, Bookkeeping
- Experience in handling Social Media Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, analyze data, and generate reports.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take ownership of tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of online collaboration tools and remote communication platforms.
- Availability to work during EST business hours.
