Quest Map: Your Route to Fundraising Success

  • Employment type: Full time
  • Shift:
  • Monday – Friday (Saturday & Sunday off) 11 PM – 8 AM (1 hour break)
  • Wednesday – Sunday (Monday & Tuesday off) 2 AM – 11 AM (1 hour break)
  • Friday – Sunday (Wednesday & Friday off) 1 AM – 10 AM (1 hour break)
  • Work setup: Hybrid, Ortigas/Makati


Task Treasure: Unveiling Your Fundraising Quests

  • Providing comprehensive support to our clients and their supporters globally through phone, email, and live chat channels. This involves addressing queries related to their fundraising site and system support within our bespoke Campaign Management System (CMS), auction item queries, payment assistance, and other requests.
  • Collaborating with internal Fundraising Experts on various tasks, such as creating events in our CMS, updating content and designs on clients' fundraising websites, uploading spreadsheet data, conducting system checks, generating post-event reports, confirming set-up with AV companies, and handling administrative needs.
  • Assisting in the closure of events, managing payment notifications, and promptly addressing supporter queries.
  • Conducting online training sessions for clients and volunteers, focusing on the Givergy Donor Management App to ensure successful use during live events.
  • Hosting personalized training sessions for clients on our Campaign Management System.
  • Providing support in logistics for the delivery of equipment when clients purchase or rent Givergy's equipment.
  • Undertaking any additional duties relevant to the role as needed.


Requirements

Skill Set Scavenger: Your Fundraising Arsenal

  • Excellent account management experience preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft packages.
  • Exemplary organizational skills, time management (working to strict deadlines), and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proactive, can-do, team player attitude.
  • Highly customer-focused and detail-oriented with a passion for driving the client to raise as much as possible.
  • Ability to read customer needs and problem-solve.
