  2. Assist Korean-speaking guests with any inquiries or needs, providing clear communication and support.
  3. Β Handle bookings and reservations for tee times, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination.
  4. Β Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve issues to the guests satisfaction.
  5. Β Offer information about the golf course, facilities, and services available, including any special events or promotions.
  6. Β Work closely with other departments such as the pro shop, restaurant, and maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  7. Help organize and manage events, tournaments, and special activities, ensuring they run smoothly, and guests have a positive experience.
