Job Objective / Purpose:
The Administrative Assistant will support administrative tasks of all of the Flexicare team especially on provider relations and account management facets. S/he will help ensure an up to date database of all Flexicare accredited network.
This role will be hired under Health Delivery System, Inc. (Flexicare) - a RelianceUnited company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract management for provider. Ensures that the contract inventory of accredited facilities (hospitals and clinics) and individual doctors and dentists are up to date (signed and notarized).
- Monitors the submission of documentary requirements of accredited providers.
- Manage monthly supply inventory and requisitions for all Flexicare team, including inventory monitoring of marketing collaterals.
- Assist in organizing Flexicare events / meetings (booking of venues, sourcing of suppliers, request for quotation etc. )
- Provide administrative support to Flexicare management team (creation of expense report, processing of reimbursement etc. )
Background and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree of any 4-year course, preferably business-related degree
- Experience in the same role for at least 1 year is an advantage

Work Conditions:
- Full-time, Regular Employment
- 8-hour work days, Monday through Friday
- Assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
- Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand
- Occasional travel to build partnerships with institutions and organizations may be expected as well as attendance at relevant conferences/events
