Job Objective / Purpose:
The HR Recruitment Associate will support the Human Resources - Staffing team by recruiting and onboarding Registered Nurses and Medical Doctors according to the business needs mainly in Luzon, and possibly in the Visayas and Mindanao regions.
This role will be hired under Health Delivery System, Inc. (HDSI) - a RelianceUnited company for a 5-month project-based employment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing & recruitment for reliever and event manpower needs of Healthfirst Clinics and Mobile Events.
- Conducts initial interview and endorse the candidate to CMT, AMT and/or Client POC as needed.
- Coordinate with the Workforce team for Roosted Account creation and plotting, as well as for Reliever Timekeeping.
- Coordinate with Payroll for any concerns regarding reliever payout.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data encoding in US tracker/s.
Background and Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year course, preferably with a background in Human Resource Management / Psychology.
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in the related field and in volume hiring.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
- Must be agile, flexible with work schedule; A candidate who is willing to render overtime, deal with shifting schedules, work on holidays and/or on weekends as the business may require.
Work Conditions:
- Project-based for 5 months (with possibility of absorption)
- Possibility of weekend shifts, 8-hour work days, Shifting schedule
- Assigned to the Head Office in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
- Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand
- Occasional travel to build partnerships with institutions and organizations may be expected as well as attendance at relevant conferences/events
