- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies to meet and exceed corporate revenue targets, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Lead Sales Team Performance: Motivate, mentor, and lead the sales team by setting clear objectives, driving accountability, and fostering a results-oriented environment.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Oversee the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to close, ensuring timely and effective follow-up on all sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
- Strategic Client Development: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, building long-term strategic relationships with key clients and partners that drive revenue.
- Sales Metrics & Forecasting: Conduct regular performance reviews, analyze sales data, and provide accurate forecasts to guide decision-making and optimize sales activities.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with customer insights and market trends, driving cohesive go-to-market efforts.
- Competitive Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging markets, and competitor activities to refine the sales strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements - At least 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a competitive environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Experience managing, mentoring, and motivating sales teams to consistently achieve high performance, with a focus on setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Sales experience in North American markets, with a proven track record of driving growth and meeting targets.
- Expertise in managing the entire sales funnel from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficient pipeline management and conversion optimization.
- Ability to identify new market opportunities and build long-term, strategic relationships with key clients and partners.
- Strong analytical skills in sales forecasting, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making to continuously optimize sales activities.
- In-depth understanding of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging market opportunities to inform and adjust sales strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present sales reports and insights to the executive team and other stakeholders.
- Amenable to work in flexible hours, including night shifts
