Shift: Day Shift (Mon - Fri; 7AM - 4PM)

Handle With Care: Your Duties
  • Provide general administrative support across departments.
  • Handle all communication, including fielding phone calls from mobile devices, answering calls, and determining whether or not the call can be handled. Inquire with the manager about what to do and how to respond.
  • Arrange all fleet requirements including allocation, delivery, and collection.
  • Purchase orders and manage fleet and handle charging damage.
  • Perform data entry including correcting invoices and credits.
  • Convert quotes through NetSuite.
  • Research and create new presentations.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Order supplies for the team, as needed.
  • Manage folder filing and mailbox cleaning.
  • Provide support to Senior Administrative Assistants.
  • Other administrative functions, as needed.


Requirements

Gear Up Your Skills: Qualifications That Fit

  • Bachelor's or college degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as an Administrative Support or similar is required.
  • Excellent English, written and verbal skills is required.
  • Intermediate Microsoft office application skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Knowledge with NetSuite preferred.
  • Has the ability to understand, and execute complex written and verbal instructions.
  • Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Keen eye for details.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be motivated and a self-starter, positive attitude, resourceful, and dependable.
  • Disciplined follow-up on action items.
  • Confidentiality: Must be able to safeguard sensitive information.
