Your main goal at Catena is to help us become the most well-known talent employer and educator in countries like the Philippines. You'll help us build a brand that our candidates trust because they know we help place them into phenomenal jobs where they'll be respected and able to grow.
Responsibilities
- Building the largest learning community for candidates that want to break into virtual roles at US and EU based startups
- Scaling our hiring newsletter of top jobs in the US to a large audience around the world
- Build out a robust case study and candidate testimonial system
- Running operations to help us reach more candidates around the world
Requirements
- Past experience in recruiting NOT required
- Minimum Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in operations and growth, preferably at a startup
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Demonstrable experience in running and scaling communities
