We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized Hotel Receptionist/Waiter/Waitress to be the face of our hotel. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless guest experience from check-in to check out.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage phone calls, reservations, and inquiries (walk-in, email, phone, online platforms)
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to fulfil guest requests
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area
• Assist with concierge services (restaurant reservations, transportation, tourist information, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures
Qualifications
• At least a high school diploma; college degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is an advantage
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a hotel receptionist/front desk agent (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply)
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written); Tagalog fluency required
• Pleasant personality with a genuine customer-service orientation
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, or similar is a plus) and MS Office
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Neat and professional appearance
