HR Generalist responsible for administering various human resources programs such as talent acquisition and recruitment processes, training and development, benefits and compensation, employee / industrial relations and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Works closely with HR Management to develop and execute policies and procedures that support the company’s objectives.
