HR ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE - ORGANIZATION & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT


 




  1. Training and Development Programs: Collaborate with HR and and learning champions in identifying training needs and assist in designing, coordinating, and implementing training programs for employees, which may include new employee orientation sessions, skill development workshops, leadership training, coordinating with learning providers, scheduling training sessions and resources, etc.




  2. Employee Engagement Initiatives: Support the planning and execution of initiatives aimed at fostering a positive work culture, employee morale, and engagement which may involve employee surveys, team development and motivation.




  3. Performance Management: Assist in the administration of performance management processes, such as appraisals, goal setting, and performance feedback.




  4. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training, development, and employee performance. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.




  5. Learning Management Systems (LMS): Manage/assist in the administration of the Learning Management System, including updating content, tracking training progress, and resolving technical issues.




  6. Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication between different departments and teams regarding development initiatives, training schedules, and program updates. Coordinate logistics for training sessions and workshops.




  7. Benchmarking: Conduct research on industry best practices, trends in employee development, and innovative training methods. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of development programs (Levels 1 to 3) and make recommendations for improvements.




  8. HR Analytics: Generate HR reports on training, manning movement, exit surveys, onboarding feedback, and other related reports.
