DescriptionPTW is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our vibrant HR team. In this dynamic role, you will support various HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.
As the HR Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, providing administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, HR compliance, and employee engagement. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job posting, sourcing and initial screening of candidates. Provide summary of initial screening of candidates
- Track the employee and freelancers signed forms and check if it has been signed fully. Coordinate with L&D until completion of requirements during training or before live ops.
- Updating and maintaining employees and freelancers' records and database.
- Maintain and organize 201 files of all employees.
- Service invoice receiving. Coordinate with freelancers regarding the missing service invoice and errors on it.
- Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Monitor the issued memos among Employees. Maintain sanction tracker and ensure it is updated.
- Provide support in employee engagement activities.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative role is an advantage. With at least 1 to 2 years of HR experience
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment law is a plus.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
