OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
Provides general human resources support for assigned personnel
and/or projects or units, including staffing, retention, orientation, career
development, performance management, compensation, employee relations and
communications. Ensures that HR policies and practices are consistent
with company standards and are correctly communicated and implemented.
He/she provides guidance and support to resolve supply/demand issues and
provides input into resource planning activities.
TO QUALIFY:
- College Graduate preferably of Psychology or any Human Resource
related courses.- At least 2 to 4 years HR related work experience
- Knowledgeable
of Labor Law as this is the backbone as HR People Advisors – either from
academe or work experience
Strong Stakeholder Management skills- Good communication skills.
- Willing to do Cyclical Shifting.
- Should have work experience focus in any 2 of the following functional areas:
- Performance Management
- Employee Relations/Career Counseling
- Labor Relations Resource
- Management Training & Development
- Compensation & Benefits Administration
