HR Intern (Compensation and Benefit)

Office Location: Exportbank Plaza, Chino Roces, Makati City

Reporting to: Senior HR Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform HR Administrative tasks such as updating the employee database in HRIS, 201 file & contracts management


• Support Local HR tasks by answering employee inquiries and needs such as COE & other document requests


• Support on preparation of payroll elements such as OT & Leave Reporting, Shift Monitoring


• Update HR trackers including but not limited to loan and other allowances-related sheets


• Assist with Payroll Account creation of new hires and Government-related reports.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related business course,


• Minimum of 3.5 months internship


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills


• Good oral and written communication skills


• Basic knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


• Must be willing to work on-site as required by his/her superior

• 10:00AM-7:00PM PHT Monday to Friday
