HR Manager in Bacolor Pampanga upto 60k

Industry: Healthcare Clinic with
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology
-Preferably with 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
-Experience in HR management within a hospital or healthcare environment is preferred but not required.
-Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
-Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations, including DOLE requirements and statutory benefits.
-Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
-Strong ability to handle employee concerns, workplace issues, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and preferably familiar with HRIS or other HR management systems.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple HR activities and deadlines.
-Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment in handling sensitive employee and company matters.
-Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with management, department heads, and employees.
-Willing to work under pressure and respond appropriately to urgent and sensitive HR concerns.
-Professional HR certification or relevant training is an advantage.
