We are seeking a firm, confident, and results-driven HR Relations Officer with strong communication and writing skills. The role involves managing employee concerns, handling workplace conflicts, conducting administrative investigations, preparing disciplinary notices and HR documents, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications:
-Assertive and capable of handling difficult employee situations.
-Excellent verbal communication and written documentation skills.
-Knowledgeable in employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and labor laws.
-Detail-oriented, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
-Must have HR experience in employee relations
