Innovation and Solutions Lead in Cubao QC upto 70k

Drives IT service innovation, leads solution architecture and presales, and ensures solutions are technically sound, operationally feasible, and commercially viable.

Key Responsibilities
-Develop innovative IT and managed service offerings.
-Identify emerging technologies, market trends, and business opportunities.
-Create service roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market strategies.
-Lead Solutions Consulting and Presales in designing customer-focused solutions.
-Review RFPs, RFQs, and customer requirements.
-Develop solution architectures, bills of materials (BOMs), and technical proposals.
-Ensure solution quality, accurate costing, and design governance.
-Support Sales through presentations, workshops, and customer engagements.
-Manage the IT services portfolio, service readiness, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-At least 3–5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, preferably in IT services.
-Strong knowledge of managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, service desk, or enterprise IT solutions.
-Experience in presales, solution design, proposal development, and service portfolio management.
-Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-ITIL Foundation and Six Sigma Yellow Belt certifications are preferred.
