The role:
As a Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and supporting our business operations. The Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct data analysis using a variety of tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Perform in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Participate in the design and implementation of process improvements and optimization strategies.
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring and reporting on progress towards business goals.
- Collaborate with the technology team to define and document system requirements and specifications.
- Assist in the development and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth implementation of system changes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance business analysis capabilities.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives, providing analytical insights and recommendations as needed.
