IT STAFF

We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled IT Staff member to support and maintain our company’s IT infrastructure, security systems, and office equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations of computer systems, networks, CCTV, and biometric devices while providing timely technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
• Manage and troubleshoot CCTV systems (installation, monitoring, and maintenance)
• Maintain and configure biometric devices (attendance systems and access control)
• Install, configure, and repair printers, scanners, and other office equipment
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN and Wi-Fi)
• Provide technical support to employees (onsite and remote)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in IT support and network troubleshooting
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and biometric/access control systems
• Familiarity with LAN/Wi-Fi configuration and basic network setup
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
