We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Job Analysis Senior Specialist to join our team and support a large-scale job evaluation project.
What your day looks like
• Independently conduct job evaluations in accordance with the PMI job evaluations standards.
• Support internal global and local HR partners in benchmark application and review.
• Provide advice, support on evaluation methodologies and job descriptions to the business and HR stakeholders.
• Provide advice and support on the Position Titling Guidelines application on evaluated roles.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and advice to key stakeholders.
What you need to have
• Business or any related-University degree
• At least 4 years of work experience in HR and/or Total Rewards – experience in job evaluation is key!
• Certification in job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Hay, Mercer) is a plus
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and HR software (SAP or Success Factors is a plus)
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Agile person and continuous improvement mindset being able to learn on the fly within the ever-changing organizational environment
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills & attention to details to work efficiently in a multicultural working environ
• Proficient skills in using MS Office applications such as Excel and Powerpoint
